Still Life

Our local Photographic Society has had a couple of sessions recently on 'still-life' so I thought I'd give it a go, particularly as it was wet dull and misty today but not foggy enough to get really atmospheric shots.

The leaf and piece of wood were brought indoors and illuminated by the usual room lighting and an additional LED torch. Ideally it needs some additional side lighting but I have none. I did my best anyway.
