A Solway Day

A few snaps from the Jack the Lad trail. We skipped a few walks but it wasn't exactly beach weather. And Sweetheart Abbey was closed, if not to the elements.

First time I'd driven these roads, some of them were fantastic. I've never seen so many benches placed at scenic viewpoints; at least we assume that's what they were, there weren't many scenes visible through the mist.
Lots of cows and sheep though. They seemed pretty happy in the wet.
