Swanning Around!

I can not be accused of swanning around!!  Busy, busy bee day.  I have been reviewing a few HR policies today for any ambiguous statements...it would appear there are one or two policies that are open for (mis)interpretation!!  My employment law course has really opened my eyes, a bit like blip really!!

Swan found not far from the office...and found by me rather by mistake! 

Another bright blue day, unlike the south of England it would appear, or perhaps we are in a pocket of blueness here on the other side of the wall (!!!!)....heavy fog came over whilst I was out on my run, yes folks, you heard me right, I was on a run and I managed a 4miler in a great time too!!  Whoop Whoop, feeling tons better, although I bet you a penny at 11pm tonight as soon as my head hits that pillow I will cough!!!
