Our Commitment to Our Customers

Today Vincent and I took the time to check out our Customer Experience Room on the ground floor. One of the reasons I love BCBSM is our focus on the customer. Other companies talk about commitment, but BCBSM sincerely works hard to educate its employees about it. Hearing the stories of Mike, Grace, and Lisa has made me aware of the importance of bringing consumer data to life. I've worked mostly on documentation so far, and though I don't get to see my direct impact, I know that, about two degrees of separation down the line, my work enables those who serve our customers to do their best.
