Danger! Danger!

Creepy alert!!

I was out taking photos of the bumble bees when I spotted this wee spider on an old black eyed susan flower. I am definitely NOT a spider person. In fact, I would go so far as to say I absolutely loath them. And I don't use the word loath for many things. But this spider was quite small and so interesting looking that I couldn't resist.

Although spiders always creep me out, you have to admire their ingenuity. Their webs are ususally marvelous feats on engineering.
