One of those days

We were up early this morning as we knew it was one of "those" days  and so we took our picture early, in the fog!  We didn't have much time.

"Those days" come round once every few years and usually consume about three hours of daytime.  You see Mrs. T is one of the "Douglas Children" who were born in the first week of March 1946 and she, along with 5000 others, has taken part in the National Survey of Health and Development, an amazing study!  (If you have 9 minutes to spare have a peek at the video from 2011).  Incidentally, as a direct result of this survey, when it first started, pain relief (gas and air) was introduced to childbirth in 1948.  (Too late for Mrs T's Mam)
OK, now you know how old she is!  Hopefully she will have more time for Blip tomorrow after she has medicated the "man flu" of Mr T!
