Bubbles on a Foggy Day

I was beginning to wonder how to find a subject for today's blip, in Hull City Centre  in thick Fog, when I noticed that fountain was running opposite Queens Gardens, and for some reason the surface of the water was covered in a mass of large bubbles...
Aren't they great?
