evening all,

We had a pretty quiet Halloween if i'm honest.

I'm not sure if that's because our village has run out of eligible children to participate in it, or if we are blessed with good taste and Britishness and have rejected Americana,

although it was most likely  falling on a weekend and some people going to early bonfire night parties or on time Halloween parties which limited our callers,

sadly, this meant we had a surfeit of sweeties to shift....

you'll be pleased to know I have addressed that particular problem, and next week the dentist will address the particular problem this has caused me!
