The only one

My Hydrangea  has been beautiful this year as it is every year. My neighbours commented on its beauty and were surprised when I said it came with the house. Each year I hack it back and it seems to like it. There is only one pink flower head left, as photographed, all the rest are a deep red. 

Mr PB made the Christmas cake - which I should have blipped but forgot. I made some gingerbread biscuits for our trick or treaters. we had 3 lots, 2 of which were the neighbours grandchildren. Glad I went to the effort to bake as they all went to the effort to dress up. Whatever happened to bobbing for apples on Halloween?
