Golden hour

Got up early this morning and made it out by just after 8:30am to go and visit Tim's Mum in Shropshire - arrived just before lunchtime.  It was her Birthday today, so we gave her her present and caught up with her and Tim's brother and his kids for a while - and then all headed out into Newport for lunch.

Dan and the kids headed off after lunch and Tim and I spent most of the rest of the afternoon/evening with his Mum - apart from a little walk out in the late afternoon sunshine for a bit of fresh air.  Chatted away with his Mum all evening - nice to catch up properly after not seeing her for months.
