Dalmeny autumn

A pleasant potter with the Belles, taking in the Dalmeny Estate in its autumnal splendour and a really nice lunch at Craigie's Farm. The weather - for 1 November - is amazing. 16 degrees when I got home. True shirt sleeves weather. I guess that makes me feel less wistful about where I was this time last year.

I've caught up with the blipping. Literally 12 entries to do - 5 times 2 journals whilst away in the week in Turku. And two weekend entries when I felt pretty much exhausted until this evening.

No repetition of last Sunday evening's nonsense when I could barely walk. This evening I feel just fine. Just exercised enough, without feeling exhausted. I can feel the back, but it's basically ok.
