Waterfowl layover
McKenzie Marsh in Aurora is a frequent subject for many local shutterbugs. This morning, I was the only one there shooting the waterfowl passing through on their migration south. At least 30 tundra swans, nearly 100 Canada geese, and a dozen or so Mallard ducks were paddling around and having a nibble. They'll be off soon for warmer climes. Safe travels.
