Reflecting on time past and future

A few days after plunging into blipping (27Sep) I shot an interior at this former psychiatric hospital, dilapidated and vandalised. Here's a different view. Beautiful as the surroundings are, is difficult to walk here without reflecting on the 2,800 souls who died while incarcerated here (now interred nearby). Presently being transformed into 'luxury' apartments in which Petronela is adamant she could not live. We can see the opposite clock face from our living room window.

I almost blipped the extra. I like shooting ephemeral things; soon this will be another sanatised set of apartments just like the blipped building close by.
