Russian Fairy Tale Plate

This is the fifth of my six Russian Fairy Tales plates - it is called 'The Golden Cock and Zar Daden'. Once again, I don't know the story behind the plate, but I'm sure it'll be online somewhere. I love the bright colours of these designs against the black background of the plate itself.
