2,000

For my 2,000th photo here!!! I had intended to post a selfie with a lorikeet. See the extras for that, but it was trumped by the Eastern whipbirds (Psophodes olivaceous) that seem to have moved in near/on our place in the last week or two. I finally photographed them! 

So really, that trumps my mug, and it even - in a way - trumps the bright gloriousness of the pair of loris (also an extra, but bright and better on Flickr).
