Jack's view

This is the view of our front gate from inside our Jack O'Lantern.
Unfortunately, his view never changes. That is to say, we never get any trick-or-treaters.
We used to live in a house at the top of a very steep driveway and we had only a few brave souls come for candy.
Then we moved to a condo, one of 50, all check to jowl, with short level driveways. A paradise for trick-or-treaters!
So the first year we moved here I eagerly put on the porch light, lit the pumpkin, and had a bowl of candy at the ready. 
But we had no takers! Then I learned that our HOA posted a no trespassing, no soliciting sign that keeps the kids away.
Bah humbug! I still buy a little candy, just in case....
