A Grand Entrance....

I'd spent the day with one of my oldest friends. We've known each other for 30 years this year to be exact. I've got a significant birthday coming up, and we were at a jewellers near Lichfield where she was ordering a pendant that's being designed and made to celebrate this event and our friendship. It's such a lovely and thoughtful gift. We then had some lunch and a good catch up.

On my way home I popped into town to pick up a bit of shopping. I took this shot on my iPad on my way back to the car. This the gate to St George's Church in the town where I live in Newcastle-under-Lyme.
