Brussels

We had a little scare at the bag drop off in Keflavík, because the one suitcase (of two) was 24 kg and the machine said it was too heavy and therefore rejected. The machine also told us to go to the manned check-in, which had a 45 minute queue. Fortunately there was a guy who took both suitcases when I said we were two and the other one was much lighter. He just put then on the conveyor belt without weighing them. How lucky!
The rest of the trip went so well, we took the Thalys train from Schiphol to Brussels. Our hotel is absolute wonderful and connected to the train station, so it is so convenient.
