Halloween parkrun

It was the 200th St Albans parkrun this morning and, of course, today is Halloween. So Verulamium Park was full of runners and volunteers in fancy dress, myself included. It was great fun, and in fact there was a record turnout of over 400 runners. In spite of the confines of the costume and mask, I ran a reasonable time too. Of course, with a bit more in the way of muscles, I might have done even better! Thanks to Richard Underwood for the image (one of over 400 excellent photos he took of the event)
