Just checking

It's been a bit of a ride recently. My mother always said "if you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything". Hence my silence. There are good things to be sure but sometimes keeping hold of them and expressing them can be challenging.

I very much appreciate the virtual friendships and comments on here... Perhaps a few more posts from me before the membership runs out... Lower cadence
