waterfall

A wet morning and what a drip I was. First I tried to get my right foot into my left shoe and later at the gym realised I was entering my credit card number to close the digital locker when I always use part of our phone number. There was more but you’ve probably got the idea. 

The afternoon went better. I had a short wander though Stockghyll Woods. Since starting blip I’ve tried many times to get a photo of the waterfalls but was never happy with the results. In summer there’s too much foliage, sometimes there’s not enough water and other times the light is poor.

Today it looked good so had another attempt. Hand held on a slowish shutter speed and a higher ISO than I’ve ever used. The best so far and the first I'm happy to blip. Perhaps if I carried a tripod up ...............
