My first entry should have been something special - and I was really looking forward to making a great shot of something extraordinary with my camera.

However, I am very forgetful - so I ended up taking this photo with a smartphone. At least, I came across an extraordinary subject: a bed of sunflowers that our neighbours next door planted in front of the entrance to their part of our large and ugly block of flats. A very enjoyable sight in a borough that is sometimes nicknamed "the concrete jungle"...
