Club Champs

Pictured is Scott Love, the new Club Champion for 2012, who shot 142 over 36 holes. Top effort mate, well done!

I played nicely, ended up with a nett 71 (84) in the morning, and nett 73 (86) in the afternoon, so I finished at +2 overall. I think that got me into the top 15 in the handicap competition, so pretty happy with that. Never really holed anything all day though, looking forward to my putting lesson on Thursday!

Went to the pub after golf to watch the big Euro 2012 quarter final, England V Italy! Cracking atmosphere in the Talbot, but we got dumped out on penalties.... again. I'm writing this two days later and have now calmed down...
