It is ready.

A few months later than I expected. I didn't know there was so much to do in writing and getting a book printed. 
Now to think of the next project. I think I am busier now than when I officially worked for a living.
I see the birds have started coming back to the garden, so time to get the bird food stocked up again. I followed Chris Packham's advice and let the birds forage for themselves this past spring and summer.
