Exuberance

I  can really feel the truth of having lived in this Housing Association  flat for a year. I remember this bright shrub brightening the gloom this time last year.
The clock change has swung me into a changed sleep pattern : so this morning up & at it by 6, car to garage for service & mot by 8, walk home, leaves swept from my parking slot, yard swept & water flung down it, breakfast, photo & here I am---- all by 9.50. I bet it won't happen again for  some time . I wonder if yesterday's swimming contributed ?.
GP this afternoon to discuss why my tother hip is increasingly painful !!.
