Super bunny is feeling a little floppy

but well enough to sit at the computer and mess about.

8 days after surgery, my new hip gear is enabling me to walk about using two sticks in almost no pain! My only issue is weakness which prevents me from doing very much in one go and the fact that I still need help to put socks/underwear/trousers on.

In three weeks time I should be able to throw the sticks away.

The freezer is full of helathy grub that I prepared in advance. The only difficulty with that is that Mr. S. finds it beyond his faculties to take it out of the freezer in time. I could do it myself, with a bag hung around my neck, but Mr. S. is afraid I'll fall down the stairs, so I'm staying on the same floor for his peace of mind.

I washed my hair by myself, on the sneak. I don't think he'll notice and I just couldn't wai any longer. Blessed are those who have daughers and who know about these thing!!!!

A few words about the hospital. All the staff  were drop dead gorgeously good looking, not just nursing staff, the doctors too. 
It is specialised in orthopaedic surgery and 'tis said that people come from far and wide  to go under the knife here, as I did myself! Just in case you are asking, I didn't pay a penny as it was all done under the national health service!
