Autumn Sparrow

I captured this little sparrow late this afternoon having a chew on this twig,  Unfortunately, it had clouded up a bit and the light wasn’t great.  Nevertheless, I thought he looked quite nice sitting there amongst the remaining  red leaves.  I had a very busy day with number 4 son home so I didn’t have much time for photography.  

Tomorrow, I need to get packed for a weekend away.  I will be meeting a group of old high school friends in a city that Conde Nast declared the  #1 destination in the world. While I find that declaration may be a bit hyperbolic, it is a great destination and I am looking forward to going back again.  Stay tuned.
