Brumagem Screwdriver.

Yesterday we were treated to the sight of our newest neighbour, with whom we are not yet acquainted, tearing down what seemed to be a perfectly good conservatory.

This morning we were surprised by the sound of hammering which turned out to be the prelude to the erection of a new conservatory. Clearly our new neighbour has a useful talent.

Incidentally, the Brumagem Screwdriver is in his right hand.
