A drizzly day so did a bit of shopping, bought a wonderful loaf, so home to make some soup to go with it. Harry made crispy roasted carrots with a very spicy coating, that got hotter the more we ate.Then made flapjacks to use up a couple of bananas, with apple, dates raisins and cranberries, sunflower seeds and almonds. Smells so good.
Just got lunch eaten when Dad phoned in a panic about lunch and what Mum would or would not eat. Left Harry clearing up and went and cooked lunch part 2. Mum was tearful and said she wouldn't eat anything but in the end, with a bit of coaxing she did. Washed up and then back home, although Dad kept asking would I go back again later. Hopefully they will manage now for the rest of the day.
