Seven sisters

It looked like today might be one of the last glorious days of summer so my friend H and l headed for the coast. We took the train down to Brighton and the bus along towards Eastbourne getting off at the Cuckmere pub . We had a quick coffee and a glass of champagne because H said so and then headed out along the cliffs towards Seaford Head. Looking back l saw the sun was shining on the chalk cliffs and all 7 of the 'sisters' could be seen.
What a lovely walk. We arrived in sleepy Seaford and caught the bus back to Brighton where we had fish and chips for supper with a fine glass of viognier before catching the train back up to London.
