Onward and Upward

I've spent the day in bed nursing a cold and feeling rotten but I had an important meeting tonight so there was no option but to take a load of paracetamol and get on with it.

A fascinating group of people although I was feeling a bit woozy and not quite up to par.

Now I'm back to feeling horrible but I'm sure it'll clear up tomorrow.
