Arrowtown

Today I got to go to Arrowtown. It's about a 20 minute drive from Queenstown. Arrowtown is a historic gold mining town. The Arrow River was used in the first Lord of the Rings movie. There are also well-preserved houses that the Chinese immigrants lived in during the gold mining days. Arrowtown is such a cute town. The telephone booths are so cute. I could see myself living in Arrowtown. It's very peaceful there. I wish I could have spent more time exploring.
