New Perspective

If it were possible everybody should visit the War Cemeteries of France and Belgium. Trying to visualise the sheer scale of them is difficult and if you then factor in the number of names of those "With No Known Grave" whose names are recorded on monuments such as the Menin Gate or Dud Corner it becomes impossible

Joshua is visiting these cemeteries now and just as I did in the '70's and Samantha did two years ago he will come back a changed person.

The realisation that every one of those names represents someone's son, father, brother or uncle and that they had all that they were and all that they could be taken from them makes you sad beyond measure.
