Whisper!

I can barely whisper....my voice has decided to leave me!!  I hope it returns soon!!  I wont lie, I do feel a little rubbish..... very tired and achy.  

I have managed a full day , via email, hurrah for technology.

My Osteopath has said that she is happy for me to try a run tomorrow - hurrah!!

Sunset tonight was so pretty.  I love this time of year.
