A Bit Of Brightness

A horrid wet day - although I did get to use my new waterproof trousers on our walk!

Spent the day going round in circles with Mrs madwill's laptop. Looks like the windows update process is going mental. Seems to be a common issue after Service Pack 1. Investigations ongoing....

I was despairing of a blip when the sky almost instantly brightened and a nice red glow appeared. So I jumped in the car and went up to the edge of the village where I took this shot. The 12mm wide angle couldn't really do it justice - I needed to see more. A panorama is not really an option with this lens - too much curvature as you an see from the fences!
