Bull Hill Cove

... or Nauthólsvík in Icelandic is the beach in Reykjavík that is heated with hot water for those who can't stand the usual sea temperature.
The sand is from other beaches in Iceland - yes, we have white sand on some beaches although usually it is black - and then we have red sand - if you Google Rauðisandur or "raudisandur" you will see lots of lovely pictures of it.
