Managed to tidy up a bit and had some friends from my therapy group round for tea and chats. I'm pretty sure I'm no longer in the infectious flu stage so it should be ok for folk to come visit. It was really nice to see them and catch up with how everyone is doing (it's been 2 months since our group sessions ended).
I'm so wiped out now though, feeling really nauseous and can't stop coughing, straight to bed I think.
