It's Been a Long Time !! :)

So, I know. I've not been blipping for what would seem like yonks!!

Unfortunately the morning after my last blip, I was telephoned very early and told the sad and shocking news that my mother had suffered a series of very complicated strokes during the night.

She was rushed to hospital with the blue lights blazing et all and after examinations had been carried out, we were told that due to the severity and number of strokes which were so close to each other we shouldn't be hopeful of any recovery from our mother.

Fast forward a few weeks and mum is now on a specialist stroke ward as there was a bed shortage upon her arrival at the hospital and I can happily say that she has beaten all medical odds as the ward staff and doctors now except mum will make imminent and 100% full recovery.

As you can imagine, we are over the moon and back as a family and can't wait for things to get back to normal again.

Mum told me that I had to go on a long walk on her behalf and then blip something from the walk afterwards, needless to say I did just that and here is a blip of a derelict tree house captured in Melwood just up from Topcliffe Mill opposite the church in Meldreth, Cambridgeshire to prove that I did as I was told for once.

I will now try to get back to blipping on a regular basis again. I've missed you all !! :)
