They've arrived!

We went to La Rochelle to collect two aunts and an uncle, all in their 80's, who got up at 3am and flew out to France for a bit of an adventure/well deserved break!
We took them to a cafe, fed them coffee and croissants, walked them slowly round the market, ancient streets, seafront, port and beach, took them to lunch, walked them back to the car park and home.
After they had tea, a tour of the house and garden, more tea, aperitifs, cheese, wine, pate, more tea, and got lost numerous times on the way to the bedroom/living room/loo they finally felt ready for bed.
I'm not sure we are going to stand the pace this week, we're exhausted already!
