Walk to work

I was at a conference in Grand Central Hotel today. Plan A was for JT to drop me at the subway but I realised I would be in very, very early. Plan B w drop me at the subway and I walked in. The direct route would still have meant a bit of time to kill. So I took the long way round, nice 40 minute meander mainly by the river was the perfect prelude to a day of sitting and listening. An excellent conference with the chance to catch up with some colleagues from around the country I haven't seen for quite a few years.
