New age-style apartments

These new-style apartments are located on the west side of 7th St. It shows the separation of the Garfield community and the Roosevelt Row community. One is filled with families and Hispanics while the other is more of a center for hipsters and white sprawl residents moving to the new and "exciting" Roosevelt Row community.
