Hive Beach, Dorset

We went out ( in the pouring rain- my new waterproof got a good drenching) for brunch today. We passed the Cafe Royal yesterday- it's a 1950's diner opposite the bus station.... And asked if we could bring Islay. Although not as plush as your modern day cafe, it was quite charming.

This afternoon ( hoping that the rain would stop) we headed out to Hive Beach. This beach had quite a few anglers- including a few children.

The weather is not as good as yesterday!
