some wrestle, some clean

Instead of brushing their teeth, as I asked them to get on with, they thought is was time to have a hand wrestle! And, when it was time for me to face some cleaning earlier tonight (tomorrow the real estate do their 3 monthly inspection of the property we rent), I choose to google something on my laptop :)
So, it is fair to say that my children follow my lead. I procrastinate, they copy.

When I was cleaning (yes, the job did get done), my youngest helped me and we both came to the conclusion that cleaning as a team was really not so bad. I was wiping the walls, he did the skirting boards, I did the bathroom, he vacuum cleaned the hall way, Fleetwood Mac was playing in the back ground. I honestly belief it was the fact that we did it together with some great music that made it all beareble.

on a different note; the weather is 4 seasons in a day the last 2 days, we had it all but I finish at 4pm this week and.......bike ride from/back home has been dry so far :D
