Lazy

this close-up of some Autumn leaves I took with my zoom lens. Unfortunately I was too lazy to go & change it.....anyhow; not quite so good today. My leg is quite swollen. Have spoken to the Centre who say I need more exercise and make sure that I take a rest after lunch. They want to see me on the 12th November & I must let them know if swelling gets worse.

C still not feeling very good - lower back is giving her some grief. Think she will go for another massage tomorrow.
