Last week we got our first Kombucha starter kit. Today, after a week of brewing, was the moment of truth.

And...

Success! It's tastes amazing and we managed to get just over 2 litres worth. Really pleased. The two full litre bottles will go through a secondary fermentation to get fizzy!
