Beer and cheese

Are needed at the end of a long day. I visited Mum and her younger sister. Both had falls this week. Aunty Bo is 91 and could be a contender for technicolor Tuesday as she hit her head and broke her arm. Poor thing, she lives alone but has my cousin staying to look after her. Mum is on a get fit program to get well again. She is on oxygen and can hardly roll over in bed but gets 100% for her positive attitude. I got her up for a walk so she feels that was good.
I also saw an old friend from my first school. I haven't seen Lesley since 1964. Unfortunately it wasn't a good time for a long catch up but we exchanged phone numbers.
Tonight I am tired and will hit the sack now. Home tomorrow.
