Up from the undergrowth

Isn't it funny how a change of circumstances can give you a whole new challenge. The sun was out this morning. (This is not a joke) I decided to go down by the sea and look along the shore line. The tide was right in so I had to walk along the seaside path. When I walk this path I usually look to my left across the rocks and out to sea. Because the tide was right in I was forced to look to my right where there is a retaining wall between 5 to 6 feet high, (I work in old money). Because it is a retaining wall the ground level the other side is at eye level. I can now get the dogs eye view without lying prone on the ground and frightening people who pass and think I have collapsed and died. By following the wall I went onto a different path than normal which I haven't been down for a couple of years. What changes. This brought me onto a street which I usually walk in the opposite direction. A whole new perspective. The upshot of all this drivel is that I have found a number of new picture sites which I can share. Todays is a shot from the top of the wall looking up through new verdant undergrowth to the sky. Last years dead stalks give the appearance of a petrified forest or the ravages of climate change.
