Flying fish

I headed down to the weir this morning to witness the amazing sight of flying salmon as they try and head up river to spawn. They were trying so hard but the force of the river just kept washing them back down again and none made it while I was there. I tried to get some shots of this last year but today there were loads more and it was easier to get some good photos (apart from people standing in the way of course!!).
