Falkirk Wheel

Living within easy reach of the Anderton Boat Lift I was intrigued to see what the latest technology had done to solve the same problem. Here is the wheel in mid-flight.

The additional image is the end of the day having arrived in Aviemore. Didnt think the sunset was going to give us anything but some time after sunset we got this spectacular mix of blue and red reflected in the loch.
