Autumn

A walk into Grange for an appointment with my osteo.  A few months since I had seen her and she did her best to straighten me out.  

Conversation with Dad to order his shopping for him.  He seemed pleased with life generally which is all good.

Lunch with a dear friend.  It was good to catch up and hear her news.  Lovely lunch in Lupton too.  Beautiful and sunny here today.
